What is the experience of never buying a house?

Coordinate Beijing, I graduated from Beijing in 2006 and haven't bought a house for ten years. Children are all soy sauce. Last year, I gritted my teeth and bought a house before my children went to school. I bought it and don't live there. It is too small. I rented it. The family rented a big house to live in. At the beginning, the monthly salary was 7 thousand, and the house price was 7 thousand.

But I don't have any savings and my parents can't help me. I was ambitious and made a down payment for two or three years. So in the next few years, I simply wrote to my wife almost every day and tried my best to save money.

But?

House prices have risen much faster than wages. When my monthly salary is 10 thousand, the house price is 20 thousand My monthly salary is 20 thousand, and my house price is 50 thousand.

Now the monthly salary is 30 thousand. But this house price is 90 thousand. 20 17 became 65438+ ten thousand. I don't think the working class can afford to buy a house. The experience is that I have always been a drifter in Beijing and have no roots. Beijing is not my home, so I can't go back to my hometown.

Even if I pay hundreds of thousands of taxes to Beijing every year, I still can't afford to buy a house, my children can't settle down, they can't go to school, and they want to leave, but they can't for various reasons.

Or a small place, short-sighted

In 2008, I asked my parents for money for a down payment. At that time, my parents had a pension of 300,000 yuan, and I was told that Beijing 1 10,000 was mostly a bubble, while my hometown only had 1000. Let me wait until the house price falls. Then I gave up and didn't tell my family to save money for the down payment.

Later, my hometown (target family) was in urgent need of money, and all the savings accumulated at once were hollowed out, so there was no money to buy it in those years when the house price did not rise.

I don't blame my dad, that's because of his growing experience and the limitations of that generation.

My father came from a very remote ravine, widowed, illiterate and poor at home. He has no shoes to wear at school, but he has loved reading since he was a child. Later, he studied hard by his own efforts and achieved a class leap from village, township, town, city and provincial capital. From nothing to now, I have a home and a house, so my dad's life creed is, don't rely on anyone, rely on yourself, as long as you work hard, you will definitely have it in the end. China's very simple peasant thought opposes all speculative psychology. Against gambling psychology, it is the right way to work hard. What little savings my family has is earned by thrift and labor.

I was brought up in the same way, so I was afraid to oppose gambling.

Until the national inflation, real estate and stock market washed away the folk wealth, now 300 thousand pension has depreciated to the point where even toilets can't be bought. My parents' simplest beliefs have collapsed, and they only have more confusion about the status quo.

And because I came to Beijing, I still have the opportunity to reshape my ideas when I was young. People in their sixties in their hometown have no chance.

Up to now, my stubborn father is still opposed to stock speculation, real estate speculation and foreign exchange speculation, but it is useless. House prices have always been like this. Finally, we bought a house not by the so-called hard income, but by stock trading. He won't raise any objection or support in front of me, he will only sigh.

It is the truth of the times that the civilian class can't afford to buy a house on the income of their honest work.
