Founded in September 2000, it belongs to Kaiping Road Street. In April, 20001year, sifang district adjusted its zoning and assigned Xintian Community Neighborhood Committee to Shuiqinggou Street.

Administrative population

It is located in the west of Nanchang Road, north of Changsha Road, east of Jiujiang Road and south of Kaiping Road. There are 34 buildings with 20 10 households and 6200 residents.
