Article 5 The following acts are prohibited in the indoor decoration activities of residential buildings: expanding the original size of doors and windows of load-bearing walls and demolishing brick-concrete walls connecting balconies.

Sixth decorators engaged in residential interior decoration activities, without approval, shall not have the following acts:

(1) Building buildings and structures;

(3) Dismantling heating pipelines and facilities;

(four) the demolition of gas pipelines and facilities.
