What collective activities can be carried out for property safety?

We can do many kinds of outdoor activities. We started from 1999, and achieved good results, and most of the staff were very happy (more than two thirds of our activities were security), such as mountain climbing, barbecue, outward bound training, escort games, fun sports and so on. It is really not easy to make an activity meaningful. Activities are usually carried out according to the company's annual goals, but they are often affected by the company's financial problems.
