How much property fee will be frozen?

There is no clear stipulation on how much property fees should be frozen. We need to make it clear that the property has no right to freeze the owner's bank account, but the property company can apply to the court for enforcement.

In violation of the property service contract, the owners fail to pay the property service fee within the time limit, and the owners' committee shall urge them to pay it within a time limit; If it fails to pay within the time limit, the realty service enterprise may bring a lawsuit to the people's court.

Property provides services, and the owner pays the property fee, which is the obligation of both parties in the property service contract. Therefore, the owner has no reasonable and legal reason not to pay the property fee on time, which is actually a breach of contract. In addition to paying the property fee, you may also need to pay a certain penalty.

In short, if the owner has sufficient, reasonable and legal reasons to prove it, then the owner needs to bear the consequences of paying the property fee after the reduction, but it is difficult to support the total refusal to pay the property fee in judicial practice.
