Code for acceptance of letter boxes in residential areas in Beijing

Sixty-fourth residential quarters, residential buildings, office buildings, etc. Necessary postal facilities can be set up according to the personnel and construction scale, and fully considered in the planning and design.

(1) Unit letter box: that is, the letter box corresponding to the number of households is set on the wall at the entrance of the building unit.

(2) Clustered letter boxes: For buildings with more than three buildings, letter boxes should be set at appropriate positions.

(3) Newsroom: For buildings above 10, it is advisable to set up newsroom at the entrance and exit of the community.

(four) office buildings or other buildings can be set up in the mail room.

The construction unit shall report the contents and construction site of the proposed postal facilities to Fuzhou Planning Bureau for examination and approval, and meet the following requirements:

1, in line with industry construction specifications and urban landscape requirements, and should have local characteristics;

2, shall not interfere with urban traffic and destruction of underground pipelines;

3, should not occupy urban green space;

4, shall not be unauthorized construction, change.
