Owners' Congress, Owners' Committee and Property

Owner: the owner of the house.

Owners' Committee: an organization organized by some house owners to express opinions, safeguard rights and interests, negotiate and make decisions, and communicate with real estate companies and communities on behalf of all house owners. These people are generally the opinion leaders of the owners, and their words are representative and authoritative.

Owners' meeting: a regular or irregular discussion meeting attended by all (or some) owners to solve various problems related to owners and negotiate solutions.

Property management enterprise: entrusted by real estate companies, a comprehensive service organization established by itself is responsible for residents. Some are related to real estate companies, and most of them are outsourced to third parties for entrusted management.

Owner = person

Owners' Congress = National People's Congress

Owners' Committee = the NPC Standing Committee (the standing body of the National People's Congress when it is not in session, which exercises some functions and powers on behalf of the National People's Congress).

Property management enterprise = third party organization, commercial in nature.
