Tianjin property fee standard

(a) the property management service fee refers to the fees charged by the property enterprise for daily maintenance, conservation, management and service of the buildings and their equipment, public facilities, greening, sanitation and public order in the residential area according to the contract.

The daily operation and maintenance costs of residential elevators, secondary water supply, fire fighting and artificial lakes with an area of more than 5,000 square meters shall be determined by the owners' association, real estate development and construction units and property enterprises through consultation.

(two) the special service fee refers to the fees charged by the property enterprise to provide services other than the property management service contract entrusted by individual owners or users. The charging standard of special service fee shall be determined by both parties through consultation.

(3) Agency service fee refers to the fee charged by the property enterprise to the entrusting unit when it is entrusted by professional service departments such as water supply, power supply, heating, gas supply, communication and cable TV to serve the owners. The charging standard of agency service fee shall be determined by both parties through consultation.
