4. Strengthen the supervision of rental housing. All relevant functional departments should strengthen joint law enforcement, intensify law enforcement, standardize the behavior of both parties to the lease, and severely investigate and punish the behavior of the owner and lessee in violation of the regulations on rental housing management in accordance with the corresponding regulations to minimize the occurrence of criminal cases.
