What if there is no security certificate?

Legal analysis: security guards are not certified, which is only an internal management problem of security guards and security companies, and does not involve the law. Therefore, only warnings, demerits, dismissal, and in-depth inspections can be set.

Legal basis: Paragraph 4 of Article 42 of the Regulations on the Administration of Security Services. Security personnel in any of the following circumstances shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit and given a warning; If the circumstances are serious, a fine of 1 10,000 to 50,000 shall be imposed; If there is illegal income, the illegal income shall be confiscated: 1. The change of the legal representative of the security service company has not been audited by the public security organ; Two, not according to the provisions of this Ordinance for the record or cancel the record; Three, recruiting security units to carry out security services outside the unit or property management area; Four, recruit personnel who do not meet the conditions stipulated in these regulations as security guards; 5. The security service company fails to verify the legality of the security service required by the client unit, or fails to report the illegal security service requirements to the public security organ; Six, the security company did not sign and retain the security service contract according to the provisions of this Ordinance.
