Relationship between Community Neighborhood Committee and Property Service Enterprises

Both community neighborhood committees and property service enterprises serve the owners. Community neighborhood committees are government departments and property service enterprises are enterprise units. Property service enterprises may only serve a community, and neighborhood committees may be a jurisdiction. In principle, property service enterprises should actively cooperate with the work of community neighborhood committees and serve community owners. However, the property enterprise where I work is not very harmonious with the community neighborhood Committee. There are many things that the owners will not handle when they go to the neighborhood Committee, such as birth permit, household registration book and medical insurance card. All their relationships, let me sum up, are good for the owner, good for the property management company, and bad for it, so the owner will not pay the property fee, although the property management company can do nothing about it.
