Does the community owner mean the head of the household?

The owner of a residential area can refer to the head of the household, usually there is a property management residential area, and the opposite of the property is the owner.

The owner refers to the owner of the property. When the owner opens an account at the location of his own property and takes himself as the head of the household, the head of the household and the owner are the same person. The head of the household must be a natural person, but the owner is not necessarily a legal person. Different properties can be the same owner, and different accounts cannot be the same head of household.

Property and building owners are essentially the same, both refer to property owners, and renters are not owners. Based on the civil legal act of buying and selling commercial housing with the construction unit, a person who legally occupies the exclusive part of the building but fails to register the ownership according to law can be identified as the owner referred to in Chapter VI of the Property Law.

The owner refers to the owner of the property.

Owners mainly refer to people who buy houses, that is, residents of the community. Because the property serves the residents of the community, it will be called the owner. Owners can be legal persons, other organizations and natural persons, domestic citizens or organizations, and foreign citizens or organizations. Generally speaking, the owner just got the key from the developer and got in touch with the property management company after moving into his new house. After moving into the developer's house, the property company called the owner of the residential house the owner.

Owner's introduction:

The owner refers to the owner of the property. Owners can be natural persons, legal persons and other organizations, domestic citizens or organizations, and foreign citizens or organizations. Property is essentially the same as the owner in the building. Refers to the property owner.

The renter is not the owner. The owner refers to the owner who owns one or more exclusive building spaces or houses in all buildings or building partitions.
