Which shopping malls design traps for people to buy more?

I have been engaged in 10 commercial real estate projects, including shopping centers, railway businesses, block businesses and so on. I am not very experienced, but I have some views on the development trend of commercial real estate.

The main problem of the transformation, narrowing the scope, can be understood as: regardless of the pre-factors of commercial location, that is, default comprehensive shopping malls or large lots, the design or layout concept can effectively improve the survival rate and landing effect of the whole enterprise.

From two aspects of hardware and software, I want to explain as follows: We usually enter the shopping center, then move and stop step by step on the established mobile line, and finally create more consumption behaviors. We tried to explain it as simply as possible.

Internal and external drainage lines at the hardware level, the size of the entrance shopping center, generally set up multiple entrances to facilitate diplomatic access to roads, railway exits (shopping center subway), ground or underground garages. Commercial real estate is people-oriented. This is also a new shopping center design in recent years, which is directly or indirectly connected with rail transit, and the main entrance often faces the crowd gathering area. The reason of three-dimensional garage design is the stratification of people flow. Introducers are the first step.

As mentioned above, escalators lead people into the gate, but most people still stay on the first floor. If people are allowed to spread by themselves, there will be two results: the loss of passenger flow and the depreciation of the commercial value of high floors. The reasons are as follows: from a psychological point of view, people are lazy, and it seems that people prefer going downstairs to taking the initiative to go upstairs. How to solve this problem? In the escalator design, we can refer to the shopping centers in Hong Kong. Because of the scarcity of land in Hong Kong, shopping centers usually have a small single floor area, but it is remarkable. The floors are very high, and shopping centers with 10 to 20 floors abound. Then the problem comes again. Who wants to go that high? The solution is to set up a long escalator in the atrium on the first floor to directly lead the passenger flow to the top floor, or even worse, just pull a few escalators to the top floor. Aren't you unwilling to go upstairs? Then I will create a shocking visual effect in the most conspicuous place, so that you can't help but follow my lines.
