Or deliberately let it go with the flow, can such a representative signature determine the fate of more than 2,400 villagers in Chunlin Village?

Second, the compensation for demolition of Qujiang Management Committee is the lowest in the city.

The compensation scheme of Qujiang Management Committee seems comprehensive, but it is not. The harm caused by this scheme to the villagers is:

1. The living conditions of the demolished people have not been fully guaranteed. In other parts of the city, 80 square meters per capita can let the demolished residents have their own houses, while the Qujiang plan of 30 square meters per capita makes it impossible for most families to solve the problem of their children's marriage room. According to a family of four, 120 square meters can provide two old people and one child with a house to live in after marriage, and the second child will have to buy a house again after marriage. According to the current housing price in Qujiang area, 8000 yuan/square meter. Buying an 80-square-meter house requires at least 600,000 yuan.

2. The original living standard of the demolished people has declined. The land on which they lived has been expropriated, and the living environment of villagers is the same as that of urban residents. Food, vegetables, water, electricity, gas, property fees and kindergarten education for children all need to be paid in cash. In other areas of the city, the demolished people have commercial housing for rent, which can be used for living allowance, and Qujiang New District does not give commercial housing. It is especially difficult for college students to find jobs now. After losing their land, villagers aged 40-50 with low education will go to work to earn money to support their families. Who cares about our later life?

3. Pension and medical insurance are paid monthly, not once; Besides, the age of the people being demolished is different, so how can we set a standard?

4. How can there be subsidy standards when village officials are different from supporting facilities?

Newspaper publicity is to solicit people's opinions on the compensation scheme for demolition. Did Qujiang Management Committee publicize the demolition of nearly 20 villages? How can it be fair not to publicize?

The villagers generally believe that the country should develop and we support it; Benefiting the people and benefiting the people is the national demolition policy. 654.38 million yuan of collective land will be expropriated and 4-5 million yuan will be auctioned to Gai Lou. After the leadership made achievements, the living conditions were not fully guaranteed, and the original living standards declined, leaving the people destitute. For the signed demolition plan, more than 95% of the villagers think that the signature is invalid, so they should immediately elect villagers' representatives and supervision committee members, or hold a villagers' meeting to decide the demolition problem, fully express public opinion and realize legal demolition.
