Mulan paddock is a forest farm under the jurisdiction of the State-owned Forest Farm Administration.

Mulan Forest Management Bureau has ten state-owned forest farms (Mengluan Forest Farm, Taoshan Forest Farm, Xinfeng Forest Farm, Beigou Forest Farm, Shanwanzi Forest Farm, Bayingzhuang Forest Farm, Kelegou Forest Farm, Siheyong Forest Farm, Longtoushan Forest Farm and Yan Ge Berlin Forest Farm), a seedling farm (Longtoushan Seedling Farm), a planning and design institute, a modeling material factory, a travel agency (Mulan paddock hotel) and a travel agency. With a total operating area of 6.5438+0.54 million mu, it is the largest state-owned forest farm administration in the province.
