Legal analysis: This Law shall come into force on the date of 202 1, 1 and 1, which is not stipulated in Article 1260 of the Civil Code. Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China, Inheritance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), General Principles of Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Adoption Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Guarantee Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). The Property Management Regulations are not abolished. The Property Management Regulations came into effect on September 1 2003, and was revised three times in 20 16, 10, 20 13 and 20 18 March/0/9.

Legal basis: Regulations on Property Management

Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in order to standardize property management activities, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of owners and property management enterprises, and improve the living and working environment of the people.

Article 2 The term "property management" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the activities that the owners employ property management enterprises, and the owners and the property management enterprises carry out maintenance, conservation and management of the houses, supporting facilities and related sites in accordance with the property service contract, so as to maintain the environmental sanitation and order in the relevant areas.

Article 3 The State encourages owners to choose property management enterprises through an open, fair and just market competition mechanism.

Article 4 The State encourages the adoption of new technologies and methods in property management, and relies on scientific and technological progress to improve the management and service level.

Fifth the State Council construction administrative departments responsible for the supervision and management of the national property management activities. The real estate administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of property management activities within their respective administrative areas.
