3. The houses in Xinhua Street and Han Zhuangzi are generally relatively old, with two bedrooms and one living room, and the rent is generally between 1000- 1200. A colleague of mine rents a house in Zhuangzi, Korea. She rents it for 700 yuan.

4.invivo community is also good. The building is relatively new and the rent is generally expensive. A colleague of mine just bought a house there in July, which is more than 60 square meters and more than 500 thousand, excluding tax.

5. The old and new urban classics are two communities, and the rent is generally 1 100- 1200. I live in urban classics. This community is good, with good property, heating and elevator.

6. Changfengyuan Community (Phase I and Phase II), the rent is relatively cheap and close to the headquarters base, but the property is not very good and the community is immature.

What I recommend to you is the classic city or invivo. Convenient transportation. When you go out, there is a bus stop, which leads to all the central positions in the city center. Besides, Auchan Supermarket is next to you. Life is convenient. It's only 2-3 stops from the headquarters base to work (I walk to work every day, in Zone 6). Others are not as convenient as these two places. Rent generally fluctuates because of floor, area and decoration.
