20 10 Announcement of Staff Recruitment of Institutions in Jianggan District, Hangzhou
Due to work needs, 23 institutions affiliated to our district recruited 42 staff members from institutions this year. According to the Implementation Measures of Hangzhou Personnel Bureau for Implementing the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Personnel Departments and Institutions (Hangzhou Zhengban Fa [2006] No.5), relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Recruiting unit, position, scope and requirements
Please refer to Annex I for details.
Two. Registration and qualification examination
1. Registration time: Saturday, April 17, 9: 00- 16: 00.
2. Registration place: the first floor of Jianggan Cultural Center (east of Yintai Chun Qing Store in Chun Qing Plaza, No.458 Taipingmen Street, Jianggan District, Hangzhou, and west of Tesco Supermarket).
3. Applicants should bring the following materials: two one-inch bareheaded photos, my ID card, academic certificate, professional title certificate, household registration book or household registration certificate and other relevant materials required for the post. Posts with work experience need to bring relevant work experience certificates or labor contracts, and fresh graduates need to provide relevant materials for fresh graduates (both originals and copies of the above materials are acceptable). Fill in the complete Application Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions in Jianggan District of Hangzhou (see Annex II) in duplicate. Full-time college graduates who are now working in the community (village) apply for preferential points for each position in this recruitment according to the document No.35 [2008] of Jiang Ren, and must submit the certificate of community (village) staff (see Annex 3 for this form) and a copy of relevant contracts when registering.
The number of applicants for each position will be three times more than the recruitment plan.
5. According to the document No.7 [2007] of Zhejiang Caizong Zi, the examination fee is required to be paid in 40 yuan.
Third, the exam.
The examination includes written examination and interview, and the written examination and interview results each account for 50% of the total examination score.
(1) written test. The written test subjects are professional knowledge and skills required by public basic knowledge and posts, and the full score of the test paper is 100.

2. Written test time: 9: 00 am-11:00 on April 24th (Saturday).

4. Written test results: After seven working days, you can check the written test results on Jianggan Talent Network.
(2) Interview
1. Organization and implementation of interview: The interview is organized and implemented by the Personnel Bureau in conjunction with the employer.
2. Determination of interviewers: Determine interviewers from high score to low score according to the ratio of planned recruitment positions 1: 3 (the preferential points for full-time college students working in communities (villages) are included in the written test scores); If the number of people in the recruitment position plan and the written test score are lower than 1: 3, they will enter the interview according to the actual online number. The content of the interview is the evaluation of the public's ability and quality, and the evaluation form is structured (that is, question-and-answer interview). The full score of the interview is 100, and those whose interview score is lower than 60 are not included in the physical examination. The interview time and place will be announced separately.
Fourth, physical examination and assessment
Among those who pass the interview, the physical examination personnel are determined according to the total test scores from high to low, and the proportion of recruitment positions is 1: 1. The medical examination hospital is organized by the Jianggan District Personnel Bureau, and the medical examination expenses are borne by the candidates themselves. Physical examination standards and items refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately.
If the medical examination is unqualified, the replacement personnel shall be determined according to the total score of the examination from high to low. Those who pass the physical examination enter the exam.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) Employment and publicity
After passing the examination, the candidates to be hired will be determined according to the principle of merit, and will be publicized on Jianggan Talent Network (www.jgrcw.com) for seven days. If there is no objection during the publicity period, after the publicity, the employment contract will be signed and the employment procedures will be handled.
