Normal construction period

Our normal construction hours are 8: 00 am to 12 am and 2: 00 pm to 6: 00 pm. Please make corresponding preparations during this period so as not to affect your normal life.

It's quiet on weekends.

We promise to carry out noise-free construction on weekends to ensure that your rest will not be affected. Please rest assured to enjoy the quiet time on the weekend.

Forbidden period

On legal rest days, holidays and working days 12 from noon to 2 pm, and from 6 pm to 8 am the next day, decoration and other noise-generating operations are prohibited in the delivered house. Please keep quiet during these hours so as not to affect others' rest.

Property decoration management

For your peace, we strictly abide by the Notice on Further Strengthening the Decoration Management of Residential Property in this Municipality, and the property management company will strengthen daily inspection and supervision to ensure that the decoration activities will be carried out within the specified time and will not disturb your rest.

According to Article 45 of the Measures for the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution in People's Republic of China (PRC) (Draft), we will resolutely carry out rectification work to prohibit noise generation on statutory rest days, holidays and working days at noon and at night. Please rest assured that we will provide you with a quiet living environment.
