A property management enterprise shall submit the following materials (in triplicate) when applying for qualification rating.

1, property management enterprise qualification grade declaration form

2. Copy of business license

3, property management enterprise manager post certificate, employee post certificate and management personnel, engineering and technical personnel professional and technical post qualification certificate copy.

4. Capital verification report

5. Property management contract and its performance

6. Proof of office space

7. The company's engineering, operation and financial management system.

8. Other materials

Second, the vamp material shall be bound in 16, and the front cover and back cover shall be made of better and thicker paper, and the edges and corners shall be cut neatly, flat and firmly bound. Company personnel submit materials to the Development Management Section of Real Estate Administration Bureau with the power of attorney of the legal representative or the letter of introduction from the company. Grade III and provisional qualifications are issued after approval by our bureau, and grade II and above are issued after approval by the Provincial Construction Department.
