Yes; According to the Regulations on Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land, the expropriation of houses of units and individuals on state-owned land should give fair compensation to the owners of the expropriated houses. The compensation for the value of the expropriated house shall not be lower than the market price of the expropriated house similar to real estate on the date of the announcement of the house expropriation decision. According to the spirit of legislation, the compensation for expropriated houses should refer to the price of newly-built commercial houses in the nearest location, and the living conditions and quality of life of expropriated people should not be reduced after house expropriation.

Article 17 of the Regulations on Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land

The compensation given to the expropriated person by the people's government at the city or county level that made the decision on house expropriation includes:

(1) Compensation for the value of the expropriated house;

(two) relocation compensation and temporary resettlement caused by the expropriation of houses;

(3) Compensation for losses caused by expropriation of houses.

Where there are different regulations on rural land expropriation, the people's governments at the city and county levels shall formulate subsidies and incentives to the expropriated people.

(1) According to Article 47 of the Land Management Law, the compensation for land expropriation is divided into three parts, namely, land compensation fee, resettlement subsidy and young crop compensation fee.

(2) The distribution of these three expenses: the resettlement subsidy and the young crop fee are paid directly to the expropriated person, and the land compensation fee is paid to the village collective.

(3) However, the land compensation fee paid to the village collective is not owned by the collective, and the land expropriated person can't get it at all: the land compensation fee is uniformly distributed by the village collective, and the specific distribution is decided by the villagers' congress, but when it is distributed, all the villagers have the right to share it equally, and then the village will separately distribute the land to the land expropriated person; Or give more money to the expropriated people as compensation, while the villagers who have not been expropriated give less or no land compensation fees.
