There is no annual inspection of residential fire protection facilities. What responsibility should the property bear? The fire-fighting facilities in the community are aging and have not been maintained for many years. The property is responsible for the maintenance and management of fire-fighting facilities in this residential area according to state regulations, and the service life is shortened due to improper maintenance and management. This is the responsibility of the property. According to Article 18, if the same building is managed or used by two or more units, the fire safety responsibilities of all parties shall be clarified, the responsible person shall be determined, and the evacuation passages, safety exits, building fire control facilities and fire truck passages used by * * shall be managed in a unified manner.

The realty service enterprise in the residential area shall maintain and manage the fire control facilities in the management area and provide fire safety prevention services.

Thirty-first public security police stations shall check the following contents when conducting daily fire supervision and inspection of units:

(a) whether the buildings and places have passed the fire inspection in accordance with the law, or whether they have completed the fire record, and whether the public gathering places have passed the fire safety inspection in accordance with the law before they can be put into use and business;

(two) whether to formulate a fire safety system;

(three) whether to organize fire inspection, fire safety publicity and education training, fire fighting and emergency evacuation drills;

(4) Whether the fire truck passage, evacuation passage and safety exit are unblocked, and whether indoor fire hydrants, evacuation signs, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers are in good condition and effective;

(five) whether the place where inflammable and explosive dangerous goods are produced, stored and operated is located in the same building as the residence.

For units with building fire control facilities, the police station should also check whether the unit regularly organizes the maintenance of building fire control facilities.

Conduct daily fire supervision and inspection of residential property service enterprises. In addition to checking items (2) to (4) of the first paragraph of this article, the police station should also check whether the property service enterprise maintains the fire-fighting facilities used in the management area.
