Second, the registration method

(1) Registration conditions. Soldiers, armed police officers and workers who adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles, support the Party's policies and have good ideology and morality can apply for the exam. High school (technical secondary school) graduates can apply for various professional colleges, and those with nationally recognized college education or above can directly apply for various professional undergraduate courses.

(2) registration procedures. Candidates' registration must be approved by the political department at or above the regiment level. Register twice a year. Candidates with junior college education may be exempted from taking courses with the same name and level in the junior college courses. College candidates can be exempted from taking up to 3 courses. (2) Exemption procedure. Candidates hold the original academic certificate and a copy of the transcript (audited and sealed by the political department of their unit), apply to the test center within the registration time, fill in the application form for exemption, and pay the exemption fee. Fourth, the transfer method
