Article 2 The municipal administrative committees of cities, districts and counties shall be responsible for the organization, implementation, supervision and inspection of snow sweeping and ice shoveling.

The municipal meteorological administrative department shall provide timely snowfall information and weather forecast. The municipal public security traffic management department shall promptly divert road traffic and ensure the passage of snow removal vehicles and public transport vehicles. Article 3 When there is snowfall, units and individuals shall undertake the snow sweeping and ice shoveling work in the responsible area.

Residential areas, including hutongs, streets, residential quarters, etc. , organized by the Township People's government or street offices to do a good job of snow and ice shoveling. Property management, the property management unit is responsible for. Article 4 When it snows during the day, units, individuals and environmental sanitation professional operating units shall clean it at any time. If it snows at night, the professional environmental sanitation operation unit shall clean the main road before 7: 30 the next day; The snow and ice in other areas of responsibility should be cleared before the next day 10. The cleared ice and snow should be neatly stacked in the sunny place that does not hinder traffic, so as to ensure the safe passage of vehicles and pedestrians in the area of responsibility. Snow and ice containing snow melting agent shall not be piled up in tree pits and green spaces. Article 5 When clearing the snow on the main roads, the professional operating units of environmental sanitation shall use snow melting agent products that meet the relevant standards to prevent vehicles from being blocked due to the snow slipping on the main roads, and assist the responsible road units to do a good job in snow sweeping and shoveling, clear the snow and ice in time, and keep the city appearance and environment clean and tidy. Article 6 If the snow sweeping and ice shoveling work in the responsible area is not completed in accordance with the provisions, the urban management comprehensive law enforcement organization shall order it to make corrections, and impose a fine of 500 yuan 1000 yuan on the responsible unit. Article 7 These Provisions shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
