In order to ensure the smooth progress of the work and the successful completion of the task, the following implementation plan is formulated:

I. Guiding ideology

Civil affairs departments at all levels, as the functional departments of community construction, should fulfill their duties, take the initiative to be the staff and assistants of the party committees and governments, give play to the role of leading organizations, comprehensive coordination, supervision and inspection, closely cooperate with various departments, do a good job in community standards seriously and responsibly, and ensure the smooth progress of community standards work.

2. Focus on key points and pay attention to actual results. The town should organize special forces to go deep into the community to carry out solid work and effectively solve practical problems for the community. In the work of meeting the standards, all units should strictly follow the standards, highlight key points, increase investment, and avoid going through formalities.
