According to this regulation, vacant houses refer to the rough commercial houses that the owners have handed over but have not been renovated according to the time stipulated in the property service contract, as well as the non-self-use hardcover commercial houses provided by developers. When the owner's house is vacant for more than 6 months and meets the above definition, the property service fee shall be paid according to 50% of the property charging standard agreed in the contract. These Provisions shall be implemented as of September 1 day, 2022.
