Do I have to pay the property fee just after I move in?

This property fee is collected by the property management company, and you don't have to pay it when you go through the formalities of handing over the house with the developer. It can only be paid when you go through the check-in formalities with the property management company after the house inspection, and the property fee cannot be collected more than one year in advance.
