The competent department of urban and rural planning shall incorporate the location and area of property management houses into the detailed planning of construction projects or the review of the design scheme of construction projects.

Legal basis: Article 38 of the Regulations on Property Management The ownership of property management houses belongs to the owners according to law. Without the consent of the owners' meeting, the property management enterprise shall not change the use of the property management house.
