They will go to sea for half a year, suffer hardships on the oil platform the size of a stadium, and want to find someone to drink after landing-this is my classmate's personal experience! Moreover, the divorce rate of CNOOC employees is the highest, unless you turn a blind eye! Another story happened in Changqing Oilfield. An undergraduate was arranged to manage an oil well on the loess slope, where he was the only one with a radio station. After half a year, the leader suddenly remembered him, but he was crazy! Look at the annual salary offered by foreign oil companies to an ordinary engineer: $65,438+0-200,000. The income of our overseas employees is roughly the same, but the unit is RMB! Do you know why foreign oil prices have soared and domestic oil prices have only risen slightly? ! The labor price in our country is really too low!

Huabei Oilfield insists on building commercial housing in Jindi Community to build a rich area for Huabei Oilfield. However, the affordable housing that ordinary employees in North China Oilfield pay attention to has not been built for six years, which leads to the price of second-hand houses in the oilfield (that is, public houses built in the 1970s and 1980s and sold to old employees) has reached an unbearable level for ordinary employees (take a 50-square-meter house as an example: the price was 40,000 yuan four years ago, but now it has reached 6,543,800 yuan, and the price of 80 square meters is 320,000 yuan). Having said that, I can't help but talk about the reasons for the high housing prices:

1. Huabei Oilfield has never built houses for ordinary employees since 2000. Therefore, employees who got married after 2000 want to buy a house, which is a second-hand house built in the 1980s and 1990s, because the second-hand house is limited. Most of them either live with their parents or rent a house outside.

2. Most of the existing houses in North China Oilfield were built in the 1980s and 1990s, and most of the ordinary employees lived in units of more than 50 square meters. Therefore, it is difficult for young people to live with their parents, so they rent a house outside (they have to pay high utilities and heating bills at the same time).

3. The property fee of Huabei Oilfield is still hidden (Huabei Oilfield deducts 56,000 yuan from the second-level unit where employees work as the property management fee every year), which shows that as long as there is water, electricity and heating in the oilfield, employees who have no housing can enjoy the hidden subsidy of the oilfield, and houseless households are also deducted from the property management fee of Huabei Oilfield.

4. The annual income (gross income) of ordinary employees in North China Oilfield is about 20,000 yuan, while Renqiu City, where North China Oilfield is located, has a high consumption level, so it is difficult to leave much after this salary is removed from life, so some people even feel that renting a house is stressful, so housing must be solved by the unit.

Renqiu, where Huabei Oilfield is located, has developed many buildings, but all of them are made by private developers. They put their own interests first and their reputation is not guaranteed. One is the problem of housing subsidies involved in oil fields, the other is that local water, electricity and heating are not guaranteed, and there are health problems. In addition, the security work in the community can't keep up.

6. Now let's talk about the problem of relocated households in North China Oilfield, which is a problem left over from history. Huabei Oilfield is an oil enterprise. At the beginning of the oil battle, they adapted to local conditions and established some small living bases in the peripheral areas of the oil field (mostly in rural areas) according to the operational reasons of the oil field work area. With the development of society and the urbanization process of Renqiu city's large base, employees living in small bases feel more and more inconvenient than those living in large bases. Therefore, the voice of moving back to Renqiu is getting louder and louder. If you don't get support, you will go to administrative trouble, which will affect your normal work. Therefore, the North China Petroleum Administration Bureau is going to hand over the work of moving back to the big base to them.

7. However, the relocation involves a wide range of aspects, and there are many problems left over from history, including unpredictable problems. It is easier to build a house for houseless households. I think houseless households are in urgent need of a house. China people have lived and worked in peace and contentment since ancient times!

8. According to the staff of the Housing Reform Office of North China Administration, it is confirmed that the problem of relocated households should be solved first and affordable housing should be built for them. During this period, we encountered difficulties and obstacles, and we will not consider houseless households for three years. Three years! Houseless households have been waiting for six years plus three years, that is, after 2009, houseless households may not be solved within the consideration of oilfield leaders! !

9. Then there is the habit of a few people in the local government to "squeeze oil and water" from everything in the oilfield for their own interests, and sometimes they will ask for help when dealing with such a large-scale construction project. It's a lion's mouth!

10. At present, young workers in oil fields are very dissatisfied with housing. Nowadays, the popular "house slaves" are very suitable for young workers in oil fields, and the real estate in oil fields is still rising, so the houseless households in North China oil fields are very depressed and helpless.

I graduated from an American oil service company and worked for two years. I resigned a year ago, and the oil circle is not suitable for me.

The longest homework is nearly 48 hours, during which we have 2-3 hours' rest-we are Wang Jinxi. Workers of foreign oil companies work shifts 28/28, that is to say, they rest at home for 28 days. Our service company works at sea for 28 days and maintains equipment on land for 28 days.

For example, I have to wear several hats: electrical technician, debugging engineer, equipment operator, HLD supervisor, and hammer (swinging a sledgehammer, hehe). Our company charges Party A 400 USD~~ 1000 USD for one day on site.
