Introduction of West Coast International Garden

West Coast International Garden Project is located in the south of Guang 'an Road (east extension of North Second Ring Road) in Chanba Ecological Zone of Xi City, on both sides of Guangyuntan Avenue. It is adjacent to Daming Palace National Heritage Park in the west and Guangyuntan Scenic Spot, the core of Chanba Ecological Zone in the east, with a total area of about 200 mu and a planned total construction area of 400,000 square meters. It will be developed in three phases, namely Beiyuan, Xiyuan and Dongyuan. Beiyuan Phase I 1-9 Building consists of residential buildings, office buildings of a company of China Railway Seventh Bureau, large underground garages and other civil and public buildings, with a total construction area of over 16000 ㎡ and can accommodate 1600 households.
