During this year, I have been engaged in engineering construction and foundation maintenance. I. Engineering construction

20xx is a busy year for xx Network Construction Department. 2G project and 3G project are carried out at the same time. At the beginning of the first phase of 3G project, I was mainly responsible for material procurement, computer room renovation, pole-holding renovation, antenna single polarization to dual polarization, equipment installation and debugging, and submission of various reports.

The 3G project has a short construction period and heavy tasks-it takes less than three months to complete engineering survey, engineering design, engineering bidding, material procurement, computer room renovation, power supply renovation, tower mast renovation, antenna renovation, base station owner coordination, xx main equipment delivery, installation and debugging, etc. Shortage of manpower-there are X people in the base station construction post of the department, and they are still doing the sprint work of xx project while undertaking the X network project; Cooperation with ZTE for the first time. ZTE has four subcontractors, whose technical level is uneven, most of them are from other places, and they are unfamiliar with Hefei, which adds trouble to the project quality and delivery.

In order to ensure the smooth completion of the project, I worked overtime. I go home almost every night until about 10, and I also come to work overtime at the company on weekends. Because of the need to keep in touch with the construction team frequently, the monthly mobile phone bill exceeds the company's reimbursement quota. Under the condition that the progress of base station renovation almost meets the installation progress of xx equipment, under the guidance of Manager Zhu, the priority list of base station renovation was made, which accelerated the speed of base station renovation and ensured the number of base stations with construction conditions, which could be installed by ZTE team.

Second, the basic maintenance

The basic maintenance work is more complicated than the engineering construction work, and there are endless calls every day. During the months from X to xx, there were more than xx calls and outgoing calls during the peak period. On average, I get more than xx calls every day: the base station is powered off, the owner deliberately makes things difficult for the benefit to prevent the maintenance personnel from entering the station, the owner can't receive the rent and electricity fee, the computer room leaks, the fluorescent lamp in the computer room is broken, the doors and windows are broken, the grounding bronze medal is stolen, the electric meter is smashed, it is found that someone steals electricity, and the owner can't be contacted. The temperature difference in the computer room leads to the moldy room of the owner, the windy antenna is loose, the snow on the telephone pole damages the residential shed, and the owner is unwilling to provide a power of No matter day or night, working day or weekend, the phone is like a snowflake pattern floating to you anytime and anywhere, and even wants to drown you. Sometimes my mobile phone is so hot that my head is swollen. My head hurts when I hear the phone ring, and sometimes I want to smash it. But I walked slowly step by step. In a word, there is no credit or hard work for maintenance, but at the same time, thanks to this position, personal ability has also been exercised, and some shortcomings have been found, which laid the foundation for future promotion. This work mainly includes the following aspects:

1, rent and electricity payment

Organize personnel to set up electronic accounts for rent and electricity charges, urge them to pay on time, and apply for "rural power reserve fund" from the company, which plays a buffering role when the process of borrowing and lending electricity charges is slow and there is an emergency or the expenses cannot be obtained from the finance occasionally. So far, the rural power reserve fund has rescued xx times. And in coordination with the power supply bureau to solve the problem of unsuccessful collection of electricity charges by banks, it was found that the power supply bureau had three unidentified transfers of electricity charges totaling xxx yuan, namely xx yuan on xx month, xx year, xx month, xx day1xx yuan. The power supply bureau said that the three yuan can be used to pay the current electricity bill.

2, temperature alarm, power failure alarm processing

Organize personnel and maintenance agencies to handle temperature and power failure alarms. In the process of dealing with the temperature alarm, under the guidance of Director X, for the benefit of the company, we carefully reviewed the situation that David Company claimed that the compressor was damaged and could not be replaced, and needed to replace the new air conditioner, typically the xx base station. In the uncertain situation, we hired engineers from other units, only replaced one AC contactor, and the air conditioner worked normally, and it still works normally today. By the way, the money for replacing AC contactors was not given to others, so I invited two workers to have a meal at that time and forgot to reimburse them for the meal, hehe. In this way, the maintenance organization will not dare to cheat in the process of air conditioning fault maintenance. In the process of dealing with power failure alarm, I was bitten by mosquitoes with Director X and xx in the base station of xx town, climbed the snow roof of the base station of youth apartment with Manager X and Director X, and pulled up the cable with Manager Fang in the base station of xx building of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. What I want to say here is that personnel maintenance is more difficult. Except for a few comrades who are not responsible for their work, most comrades have done their best to deal with mistakes, although there are some shortcomings. Sometimes they are having lunch. I call several times in a row, and the food is not delicious, so I am in a hurry to deal with the fault. In summer, other colleagues may be taking a lunch break, maintenance personnel are connecting the power generation cable, other colleagues are enjoying the cool under air conditioning, maintenance personnel are sweating and pulling the power generation cable or watching the power generation car bored. In winter, when other colleagues may still be sleeping, maintenance personnel are looking for ladders to climb stairs to push the air conditioner away. While other colleagues may have slept under the heating, the maintenance personnel are generating electricity in the cold night. Moreover, in the process of dealing with faults, if you encounter difficult car owners, you have to put up with their dirty eyes and dare to speak out, just to get into the station smoothly and deal with faults as soon as possible. Sometimes my reaction is a little slow and I have to train. After reading their debriefing report, no one wrote about this hard process. I don't know if it's because of poor expression or because I'm used to it. Most of the maintenance groups are still young people, which is really not easy. Here, I want to say sorry to the comrades I trained. I forgot to understand that everyone is for work, for the tomorrow of xx Company. In the process of troubleshooting throughout the year, power failure and temperature alarm are counted xx times; The air conditioner was changed by xx, and the battery was changed by xx. * * * The generator car has been dispatched for more than xx times, generating electricity for nearly xxx hours.

3, base station air conditioning, tower inspection

Organize personnel and maintenance units to do a good job in the inspection of base station air conditioners and iron towers, and formulate air conditioning management measures according to the experience of air conditioning maintenance.

4. Power consumption analysis of base stations.

Manager Zhu, the department manager, first put forward the electricity bill analysis and gave the specific analysis method. Now we have analyzed the base station electricity charges in July, August, September, 10, 1 15. 6, maintenance group internal organization and management and training

(1) Configure tools and instruments

In view of the lack of maintenance tools for maintenance personnel in the past, common maintenance tools were applied for maintenance personnel: multimeter, ammeter, screwdriver, flashlight, etc. On the one hand, if there is a simple tool or instrument fault, basic maintenance personnel can handle it, avoiding the phenomenon that there is nothing they can do when they find the problem, and only notify the relevant team or department to deal with it. On the other hand, having tools and instruments plays a protective role for the personal safety of maintenance personnel. For example, in the process of standard rectification of the base station, when labeling the lines in the distribution box, you can cut off the power supply first, and then label them with a flashlight to prevent maintenance personnel from getting an electric shock.

(2) Formulating the principle of mutual assistance within and between groups.

In view of the problems encountered in the fault repair project, for example, some maintenance personnel have multiple base stations at the same time, but the other may not, or the distribution box floor is high when generating electricity, and the power generation cable cannot be pulled up by one person. In the group, X maintenance personnel are divided into two groups. When one person in the group is too busy, you can directly ask another person in the group for help. When the group is too busy, you can ask another group of people to help.

(3) Skills training

We contacted Emerson, battery manufacturers and air-conditioning maintenance companies to train maintenance personnel, which improved the ability of fault repair and maintenance.

7, 2G, 3G network testing, new building relocation and other network re-insurance.

Especially the key guarantee of 2G3G network testing, these two re-insurance basically lasted for more than a week. In order to avoid accidents, the fault was handled at the first time. At that time, the alarm in the computer room was 24 hours, and the leader was informed immediately. For safety reasons, I arranged for the mobile phone on duty to be picked up by me. At that time, I could sleep for two or three hours every day during the test period, and I had to go to work normally during the day and go to the station to deal with emergencies. For example, the distributed base station of Hegang Industrial Gas Plant suddenly stopped at 7 o'clock, and the consulting power supply bureau had a trouble-free power outage at this point. The initial judgment is blank. At that time, Shao Yun, who was in charge of this station, was dealing with faults in other base stations. Shao Yun said that the point on the roof was empty and needed two people to deal with it. He rushed to the scene with Fang, and arranged for the construction team to rectify the point after the inspection was completed. I am a person with a loud voice, and I like to talk loudly. During that time, I felt groggy every day because of lack of rest. Listening to others speak loudly makes me feel harsh. I'm kidding. I can't remember the past, but I'm glad that I got good grades in the exam and I can do my part for the exam. Tired, but worth it.

8. departmental information officers and industry trends i.

Colleagues who do maintenance work also serve as departmental information officers and industry trends. Industrial Power has finished my two phases of work on time. Due to the limited energy of the department and the busy colleagues in the department, my department insists on submitting each issue, but the amount of submissions is still not enough.

Third, shortcomings

1, a little impatient, not steady enough.

2. Insufficient management of maintenance personnel, especially insufficient training. At present, they have not been given the ability to be independent.

3. Some tasks assigned by leaders don't break down the division of labor, and they are handled by one person without mobilizing everyone to work together, resulting in that the tasks assigned by leaders can't be completed in time, and they are very tired and their subordinates can't get exercise.

4, fault summary is not enough, maintenance personnel to supervise and explain is not enough, the same fault, appear more than twice.
