Secondary qualification standard:

1. In the past five years, the enterprise has undertaken two intelligent building projects with a cost of more than 5 million yuan, and the quality of the projects is qualified.

2. The enterprise manager has more than 5 years working experience in project management or above intermediate title; Technical director has more than 5 years of construction management experience, and has intermediate professional and technical titles; The person in charge of finance has a junior or above accounting title.

There are not less than 50 engineers and economic managers with professional titles in the enterprise, including not less than 30 engineers and technicians, and complete professionals in computer, electronics, communication and automation; Among the engineering and technical personnel, there are not less than 3 persons with senior titles and not less than 10 persons with intermediate titles.

The enterprise shall have at least 5 project managers with the qualification of Grade II or above.

3. The registered capital of the enterprise is more than 5 million yuan and the net assets of the enterprise are more than 6 million yuan.

4. The highest annual project settlement income of the enterprise in recent three years 10 million yuan or more.

5. The enterprise has construction machinery and quality inspection equipment suitable for the scope of contracted projects.

Level 3 qualification standard:

1. In recent five years, the enterprise has undertaken two intelligent buildings or integrated wiring projects with a cost of more than 2 million yuan, and the project quality is qualified.

2. The enterprise manager has more than 5 years working experience in project management; The technical director has more than 5 years of construction management experience, and has intermediate or above titles in related majors; The person in charge of finance has a junior or above accounting title;

There are not less than 20 engineers and economic managers with professional titles in the enterprise, including not less than 12 engineering technicians, and complete professionals in computer, electronics, communication and automation; Among the engineering and technical personnel, there are not less than 1 person with senior titles and not less than 4 people with intermediate titles.

Enterprises should have at least three project managers with three or more qualifications.
