(six) to encourage the unit fire safety administrator to obtain the qualification of registered fire engineer.
The person in charge of fire safety and the personnel of special types of work shall receive fire safety training, and the operators of automatic fire control facilities shall obtain corresponding qualification certificates.

Chapter VII Legal Liability
Fifty-second _ _ people's governments at all levels and their relevant departments, fire rescue agencies failed to perform the duties stipulated in these regulations, and the relevant departments of the people's government at the corresponding level or the people's government at a higher level shall order them to make corrections; If the circumstances are serious, the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be punished by the competent authority according to law.
Fifty-third _ _ property service enterprises failed to perform the duties of fire safety, the Township People's government, street offices shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit; If no correction is made within the time limit, the person directly responsible shall be given a warning.
Article 54 _ _ When the housing and urban-rural construction department conducts fire safety inspection on the construction site, it is found that the construction unit has set up employee dormitories or allowed employees to stay overnight in unfinished buildings and other illegal acts, which shall be dealt with in accordance with the Fire Prevention Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Regulations on Safety Management of Construction Projects.
Article 55 _ _ Whoever, in violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, conducts construction and maintenance operations with fire hazards such as electric welding, gas welding, gas cutting, painting and grinding wheel cutting during business and use in crowded places, shall be ordered by the fire rescue agency to make corrections, and the relevant units shall be fined not less than 5,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan.
Fifty-sixth in violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, the rental of residential housing does not meet the requirements of fire safety, the Township People's government, street offices shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit; If no correction is made within the time limit, the lessor shall be fined between 2,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan for the unit, and between 2,000 yuan and 2,000 yuan for the individual if the lessor is an individual.
Fifty-seventh _ _ in violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, failing to prompt fire safety matters in crowded places, the fire rescue agency shall order it to make corrections within a time limit; If no correction is made within the time limit, a fine of two thousand yuan or more and ten thousand yuan or less shall be imposed.
Article 58 Anyone who, in violation of the provisions of these Regulations, parks electric vehicles in public areas such as walkways, stairs and safety exits, charges electric vehicles in areas where parking is prohibited, or charges electric vehicles that do not meet the safety requirements for shared electricity use, shall be ordered by the fire rescue agency or the township people's government or the subdistrict office to make corrections. If he refuses to make corrections, he shall be given a warning or fined not more than 1,000 yuan.
Fifty-ninth _ _ in violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, the unit fails to establish a full-time fire brigade according to law, and the fire rescue agency shall order it to make corrections within a time limit; Overdue correction, the main responsible person shall be given a warning or informed criticism punishment.
Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 60 These Regulations shall come into force as of 202 1 1 9.
