Xinjiang Road and Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinjiang Road and Bridge Group") is a backbone enterprise under Xinjiang Traffic Construction Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiao Jian Investment Company") and a wholly state-owned third-class enterprise under SASAC of the autonomous region. Its predecessor was Xinjiang No.1 Engineering Brigade, No.2 Engineering Brigade and Bridge Engineering Team, which were born in 1954 and1988+February respectively.

The first and second engineering brigades and bridge engineering teams merged to form Xinjiang Road and Bridge Engineering Corporation, which was restructured and reorganized in September, 201year and renamed as "Xinjiang Road and Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd.", becoming an enterprise directly supervised by the SASAC of the autonomous region, and was handed over to Jiao Jian Investment Company for management from October, 201year.

Throughout the company's historical evolution, after more than 60 years of development, Xinjiang Road and Bridge has become the main force of highway construction in Xinjiang and is in a leading position in the same industry in Xinjiang. The company focuses on highway engineering, bridge construction, municipal public works and water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, covering real estate, electromechanical, agriculture, forestry, eco-tourism, property management and other industries, and is a comprehensive construction enterprise.

This company has a long history. Over the past 60 years, the older generation of road and bridge people have adhered to the principle of honesty and carved excellent projects, won many honors in the autonomous region and made important contributions to the construction of transportation infrastructure in the autonomous region. Many representative projects, such as West Bridge, Renmin Road Interchange and Timber Factory Interchange, were built in the early days.

1994 China-Pakistan highway construction won glory for the motherland, and won the gold, silver and bronze awards for high-quality projects in the autonomous region, "Tianshan Cup" and the honorary title of AAA credit enterprise in China. At present, the company implements the three-level management mode of group headquarters-subsidiaries-project department, and has a large number of professional and technical workers with complete categories and reasonable structure, mainly engineering.
