(2) subletting or lending;

(six) engaged in illegal activities in public rental housing;
(seven) in violation of the lease contract.
Article 39 The lessee shall cancel the lease upon the expiration of the contract or the termination of the lease contract. Article 46 If the purchaser obtains other houses in the place where the public rental housing is purchased by means of purchase, gift or inheritance, or needs to transfer or mortgage them for special reasons, the government will buy them back at the original sales price plus the current interest on bank deposits in the same period. Article 47 The municipal housing security institution shall establish a public rental housing file, recording in detail the planning, planning, construction and housing use of the lessee and the purchaser, and relevant information such as application, examination, waiting, allocation, placing, violation of laws and regulations, etc.
Forty-eighth housing security agencies should organize the supervision and inspection of the performance of the contract by people who rent or buy public rental housing, and the relevant units and individuals should cooperate and provide the information truthfully; In the supervision and inspection, housing security agencies have the right to take the following measures:
(a) two or more staff members can hold work certificates, and at least 1 adult family members are present to enter the public rental housing to check the usage;
(two) to stop the illegal behavior and order it to correct.
Article 49 If the lessee conceals or falsifies the housing and income, defrauds the public rental housing and it is verified that the social unit has issued false certification materials for the applicant, the relevant departments shall investigate the responsibility of the lessee, the person in charge who directly issued false certification materials and the person directly responsible according to law and discipline.
Fiftieth real estate intermediary agencies to transfer, lease or sublet the entrusted public rental housing, the real estate intermediary agencies in conjunction with the relevant departments in accordance with the law.
Article 51 The planning, planning, construction, distribution, use and management of public rental housing shall be subject to social supervision. The relevant departments shall, in accordance with their respective responsibilities, timely verify and deal with violations of law and discipline.
Article 52 If the staff of the relevant administrative departments abuse their powers, neglect their duties, engage in malpractices for selfish ends, ask for bribes and accept bribes in the process of planning, planning, construction, distribution, use and management of public rental housing, they shall be investigated for responsibility according to law and discipline.
