International and commercial real estate projects delivered by Yin Chengbao, Chuan Tingtao and Yin Chengxi in Hexi include Yin Cheng Tower and Jinling Hotel by the lake. By the end of 2005, the total construction area of the development project reached 654.38 million square meters. In the same year, Yin Cheng Real Estate left Nanjing and established Wuxi Yin Cheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. in Wuxi, and the first residential project, Shan Yu Yin Cheng, also entered the implementation stage.
