This week is my first week in China Petroleum Guangzhou Building. Two days' induction training and 1 day's departmental training made me feel that China Petroleum, as a state-owned enterprise, had a very standardized and rigorous internal management, which gave me a great sense of belonging. The training of human resources department and catering department is quite rich, which has benefited me a lot. What impressed me the most these days was the perfect treatment of the staff in the building and the speech made by General Manager Wu during my induction training. Nothing is easier than simply receiving training. However, I never feel that my daily work is easy. What impressed me most this week was the word "obedience".
Every day's training class reminds me of my experience during the college student union. From an officer, to a minister, and then to a vice chairman, I have basically come into contact with three kinds of people in management: grass-roots managers, middle managers and senior managers. The word "obedience", when I was vice-chairman, I asked the ministers and officers in charge of me. Now, I ask myself the same question. From my identity, I am an intern and the lowest-ranking employee in the hotel. Obedience is the least I can do. From the hotel's point of view, it is also necessary to "obey" state-owned enterprises in China; As far as the service industry is concerned, "obedience" is not only an essential quality for employees, but also an important step for employees to receive hotel training through "top-down standardization".
These days, I still feel like I'm in school. The supervisor often emphasizes discipline on us. Yes, I agree. Our whole catering department lacks team spirit. Decided that I couldn't do it anymore, I decided to write an application. I want to apply for night shift! The destination of the trip at the end of this month is Chang 'an Town. God, there are Wal-Mart supermarkets and five-star hotels in a town, and its economic capacity is even worse than our county. We didn't take the bus, so we wandered around. Walking, I went to the countryside behind. This is one of the greatest pleasures in my hard work and life for half a year.

Week 17
Working at night, my physical exertion is not so great, so I am not so tired. In fact, fatigue is also called, depending on whether it is worth it. Week 18
I have confirmed before that I can go with the last batch of students. I think it is probably because of the conscience of the school that we have the opportunity to go home for the New Year. But we don't want to leave the second batch because none of us want to go back to the exam. Go back to school for a few days, and then have a holiday. It's troublesome and not worth it!
Then stay and work hard!
Be especially careful when you check out at night. First, you are afraid of the lack of light in the guest room. Second, you are dizzy and can't see clearly. You know, if you lose something, you have to pay for it. Things here are still expensive. Fortunately, there is nothing left out so far. There are no foreigners in my hotel, so there will be much less current affairs at work. But the supervisor will still do something. Obviously, I saw on the schedule that I was in the middle class this month. But for the first four days of this week, I actually worked the day shift. This is my most tiring week in the hotel. My working hours are from noon 12 to midnight. After work, I come back to sleep, get up and go to work. It's been nine days, and I'm tired. The protest is invalid!

Fortunately, they just arrived, and everyone is optimistic!

It's almost gone, and it's almost the Spring Festival. I don't want to go to the canteen because I have a holiday on the second day of the first grade. So I was so hungry that many shopkeepers went home for the New Year!
Week 24

On February 2 nd, the morning before yesterday, we returned the bedding in advance ... until 5: 30 in the afternoon, we got paid and got on the bus home! Before I leave, I must feel the bureaucracy here.
