What are the hardware and software conditions that property management should have?

Property management refers to the activities that the owner manages or entrusts the property service enterprise or other managers to manage the buildings, facilities, equipment, places and sites owned by the owner, so as to distinguish all buildings and buildings, places and facilities in the building division.
