Legal analysis: the responsibility of the property for the elevator is as follows:

1, set up safety management organization or full-time and part-time management personnel, and establish safety management system and post safety responsibility system according to regulations;

2. Be responsible for the daily operation, duty and cleaning of the company's elevators, closely monitor and master the elevator operation status, and do a good job of conditioning in time according to the changes of each flow;

3. Complete the regular maintenance items and tasks of elevator equipment on time, regularly carry out elevator performance testing and operation safety inspection, and do a good job in fire accident prevention.

Legal basis: Article 46 of the Regulations on Property Management in People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that property service enterprises shall assist in the safety precautions within the property management area. When a safety accident occurs, the realty service enterprise shall, while taking emergency measures to assist the rescue work, report to the relevant administrative departments in a timely manner.
