It is impossible for the public security department to entrust the search task to the property company. The practice of the property company is an act of ignoring laws and regulations, which belongs to illegal entry. If the circumstances are serious, the public security department may detain the property staff according to law.

During the renovation of the owner's house, the property company can enter the owner's house as a site inspection according to the renovation contract. Owners and decoration workers should cooperate with property personnel to check, and any potential safety hazards must be rectified immediately. After the renovation, property workers are not allowed to enter the owner's home without the owner's permission.
