Working hours of property maintenance

The working hours of each residential property company are different, because the working hours of the property company are determined by the property manager, and the working hours of most property companies are determined according to the seasons. The working hours in winter are 9: 00 am, and in other seasons, the working hours are 8:30-8:45 am.

Although the property management company does not work 24 hours a day, the owner can call the 24-hour service hotline in case of emergency, because the property management company will send a staff member on duty every day.
