Wage payment standard during the epidemic in Changsha city

Legal analysis: the wage payment standard during the epidemic prevention and control in Hunan Province should be analyzed in two time periods. If the work is stopped within one month, the employee's salary shall be paid according to the standard agreed in the labor contract; If the work stoppage exceeds one month, the work stoppage allowance shall be paid according to the local unemployment insurance standard.

Legal basis: Article 23 of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Wage Payment in Hunan Province. If the employer stops work, production or business for less than one month, the employer shall pay wages according to the wage standards stipulated by the state or agreed in the labor contract; If the laborer is not arranged to work for more than one month, the employer shall pay the shutdown allowance according to the local unemployment insurance standard.
