How much does the new house property maintenance cost?

According to the Regulations of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the Management of Special Maintenance Funds for Residential Properties, 2% of the total purchase price of multi-storey houses and 3% of the total purchase price of high-rise houses are deposited in the Construction Bank for special purposes, which are used for the maintenance and update of public facilities after the damage of public houses and houses exceed the warranty period. Before the establishment of the industry Committee, it shall be supervised and approved by the local real estate management department, and after the establishment of the industry Committee, it shall be supervised and approved by the industry Committee.
