Its residential area includes office building, conference center, dining building, underground garage, electromechanical room and civil air defense part.

The construction land area of XXXX is about164,500 square meters. The master plan is a comprehensive development project, which is mainly divided into three areas; 1 area includes a two-story and three-story XXXX office building and a single-story XXXX restaurant building; The second area includes a four-story marketing building, a five-story management XXXX building and a two-story staff canteen building. The third zone consists of four single-storey conference centers. The staff canteen building, marketing department and XXXX building in the second district are located in one basement, while the two XXXX office buildings in the first district are also located in another basement. 2. 1 project management organization structure

XXXX will adopt a special management mechanism for the project implementation management of key projects (such as this project): two levels of direct management of key project headquarters and on-site project management department.

The key project headquarters was specially established on the basis that the projects undertaken were included in the national and local key projects. It is the highest responsible department for major projects, responsible for signing contracts and orders, formulating all legal documents related to projects, and supervising the implementation of contracts and the progress of projects. The key project headquarters fully supports the work of the on-site project management department, accepts complaints from the construction unit and subcontractors, uniformly allocates various resources of XXXX, coordinates the actions of various departments, and establishes a rapid response and emergency handling mechanism to ensure the smooth completion of major projects by the on-site project management department.
