Introduction of affordable housing in Shenkang Village

After the completion of Shenkang Village affordable housing community, 2,796 housing units will be provided, including 922 units of 50m housing, 939 units of 60m housing and 935 units of 90m housing. The project consists of 13 residential tower and some commercial and property buildings, which are enclosed into a central courtyard. Residential towers are divided into two layouts: one staircase with six households and one staircase with eight households, with eight basic units. The design of the project apartment is reasonable, which meets the requirements of economy and applicability, and also provides residents with a good broad vision and sunshine conditions. Residential buildings are equipped with health service centers, vegetable markets and small businesses to provide residents with convenient and comfortable living conditions. There is Shenkang Village Station of Metro Line 2 on the east side of Qiaocheng East Road, which is convenient for residents to travel.
