Legal procedures for owners to dissolve property companies

The dismissal of the realty service enterprise requires the same decision of the owner. According to the provisions of relevant laws, the appointment and dismissal of property service enterprises or other managers shall be decided by the owners, and the owners whose exclusive parts account for more than two-thirds of the area and the number of them accounts for more than two-thirds shall participate in the voting.
