7. Attendance management

1) Employees' attendance must be clocked in by themselves.

2) The attendance of employees at the headquarters of the company shall be reviewed by the Human Resources Department, and the attendance of each project shall be reviewed by the department head.

3) The Finance Department calculates and distributes the salary and bonus of employees according to the audited attendance sheet, which cannot be calculated according to the calendar working days.

8. Special case handling

1) If the company fails to organize major activities or punch in attendance, the Human Resources Department will issue a certificate to inform the Finance Department. For the project, the person in charge of attendance should fill in the attendance form truthfully.

2) In case of any abnormal clock-in attendance (including forgetting to clock in, annual leave, personal leave, sick leave and other holidays, or failing to clock in on time after business trip or other official business is approved by the competent leader), the person in charge of attendance must be informed of the time and specific reasons for not clocking in within 1 working days after returning.
