Chengdu water fee standard 2023

In 2023, the water fee standard in Chengdu will be divided into three steps:

1, the first step water volume (m3/ household table/year), 0-2 16m3, and the water price is 2.93 yuan /m3 (including tap water fee of 2.08 yuan /m3 and sewage treatment fee of 0.85 yuan /m3).

2. The second step water volume (m3/ household table/year) is 2 17-300m3, and the water price is 3.80 yuan /m3 (including 2.95 yuan for tap water and 0.85 yuan for sewage treatment).

3. The third step water volume (m3/ household table/year) is more than 30 1m3, and the water price is 6.4 1 yuan /m3 (including the tap water fee of 5.56 yuan /m3 and the sewage treatment fee of 0.85 yuan /m3).

Under normal circumstances, the rental water fee is calculated by tons, and the price is about 4-5 yuan per ton, while the electricity fee is calculated by degrees, and the price is between 0.8- 1 yuan per degree. Subtract the base of last month's water and electricity meter from the base of this month's water and electricity meter, and then multiply the difference by the unit price to get the rental water and electricity fee.

Reasons for property companies to collect water charges:
