Actively cooperate with public security organs, sub-district offices, township (town) people's governments and community residents' committees to do a good job in family planning, floating population, dog management and other related work; It is not allowed to engage in activities unrelated to property management in the name of the owners' committee, organize or participate in any business activities, and its members and their close relatives are not allowed to serve in property service enterprises and institutions that provide property services for building divisions. The owners' committee is democratically elected, responsible for managing related affairs in the community and representing the relevant interests of the owners. In the Property Management Regulations, the Rules of Procedure of Owners' Congress and the Working Rules of Owners' Committee, there are clear and specific provisions on the responsibilities of owners' committees. In addition to being responsible for the owners' meeting and other related matters, the owners' committee can also formulate the working rules of the owners' committee to make the work of the owners' committee concrete and operable.
