2. Without the consent of the owner's management, the elevator key shall not be used at will. Records shall be kept when necessary for work.

3. Elevator maintenance personnel shall not lend their elevator keys to irrelevant personnel.

4, elevator keys must be returned to the management department in time after use, and put back.

5. Elevator keys include: hall door triangle key, car maintenance key and machine room key.

6. Attention should be paid when using the triangular key of the hall door: when opening the landing door with the triangular key, it depends on whether the elevator stops at the lower part of this floor to prevent stepping empty; Turn on the emergency stop switch before getting on the car roof, and then put the elevator in the maintenance position. Only when it is confirmed that you can get on the roof can you get on the roof.

Chapter 2: elevator key management system (no driver, no computer room)

1, elevator keys (including elevator electrical keys, elevator hall door keys, elevator top control box keys) must be managed by specialized personnel.

2. The use of elevator keys should have a registration system. In case of loss of articles, equipment damage and accidents, it is well documented.

3. The elevator key can only be used with the consent of the competent leader.

4. You can't lend it to people who have nothing to do with the elevator.

5, elevator hall door keys must be used by elevator professionals (such as maintenance personnel), other personnel shall not use.

6. The key of the elevator top control box must be used by elevator professionals (such as maintenance personnel), and other personnel shall not use it.

7. The electrical keys on the first floor of the elevator (including the control panel keys) should be managed and used by special personnel, and the elevator should be switched on and off regularly.

Chapter 3: elevator triangle key management system

1. The triangle key must be used by trained personnel who have obtained the operation certificate of special equipment. Other personnel shall not use it.

2. Used. The triangle key must be affixed with safety warning signs or around the triangle lock hole: pay attention to prohibiting non-professionals from using the triangle key, and determine the car position before opening the door.

3. The user or the owner must designate one or more persons with certain mechanical and electrical knowledge as elevator administrators to be responsible for the daily management of elevators; In units with a large number of elevators, the elevator administrator shall obtain the operation certificate of special equipment.

4. The elevator administrator is responsible for collecting and managing elevator keys (including control box, machine room door key, electric lock key and hall door unlocking triangle key); If the elevator administrator changes, it is necessary to do a good job of handing over the triangle key.

5. It is forbidden for anyone to give the triangle key to irrelevant personnel without authorization; Otherwise, it will cause an accident at your own risk. 6, the correct use of triangle keys:

(1) When opening the hall door, confirm the position of the car first; Prevent the car from falling when it is not on this floor; (2) Turn on the lighting at the entrance of the hall, remove all kinds of sundries, and pay attention to other irrelevant people around;

(3) Insert the triangle key into the unlocking hole and confirm the unlocking direction;

(4) The operator should stand still, keep the center of gravity, and then unlock slowly according to the unlocking direction;

(5) After the door lock is opened, first push the hall door through a seam with a width of 100mm, remove the triangular key, and observe the situation in the shaft, paying special attention to the fact that the hall door cannot be opened too wide at this time;

(6) After unlocking, the operator shall confirm that the hall door has been reliably locked.
